I simply attach them to my emails, Cliff. It works the same as sending a BTE file. |

Does anyone know what to do when you can no longer install files from CD? I click on install.exe and nothing happens, copying to my HD first doesn't help either. I have tried system restore and updating CD drivers. My system seems to think the CDs are read-write, I see it is waiting to write a desktop.ini to the disk. |

I may be wrong but I sem to recall that this situation can occurr if the windows registry still has traces of the previous installation in it. |

John, I think you are correct. Zaraath contact Rich Hamilton at HPS support. He'll help you with this. He may not always get to read the various boards, so a direct message is the best method. Good luck. |

I hope and think you may be right. Non-HPS *.exe files seem to be unaffected. |
