Where do I sign up? Oh and do you have some spare forms? The Hanoverians have been at their jagermeister initiation ceremony again and I bet I can get a few more to sign up. :P

Yes, yes, I know. My last "recruit" did not work out so well and has continually rewarded my attempt with shot, shell and saber. But, it was worth a try.

Totally misguided propaganda, of course, but colorful none the less. :o :wink: :P

Now all of you optimists out there who are contemplating following a Corsican Despot into battle, do bear in mind that he lost. What you will actually be doing is following an egomaniac into captivity, assuming of course that you don't fall lifeless on the field long before that. :shock: :shock: :shock:

The mighty Anglo-Allied Army is the way to go, if you really want the truth of it. The pay is great, red is a splendid color for a uniform, no army in the world is better disciplined than ours and......we actually won. Ever heard of a place called Waterloo? Yeah, Nappy knows that name all too well himself. :wink: :wink: :wink:

Herr Brigadier, you keep letting this annoying thing called reality get in the way. Counterfactual history is based on reliving (or replaying as it pertains here) great battles in history. Since the French have a winning record at la Belle Alliance, at least in my experience, it is Wellington, Blucher and the other standard bearers of the ancien regimes that have been marched off to spend there days contemplating the ideals of the revolution.

Brigadier Jones likes big pictures, but that is because he does not see all that well. Really, he joined the wrong army because he walked into the wrong recruitment center. :lol:

The poor Hanoverians - continually miss out on the finer things in life - the jagermeister - - fine example - how can they even hope to compare it to the superb French burgandy vinot, a drink for the truly sophisticated .

Green / black or Bright Red uniforms , none have the sauve of the French Blue.

Gentleman, the allies - no taste in uniforms or boose or ????? the French Army - ket yor Eaglys fly high - JOIN THE FRENCH

All of the action of the Napoleonic Wars revolves around the French Army. Why would anyone choose any other army?

Marechal Jensen is merely referring to the ladies of Europe - they all of course gravitate to we French. :D I also agree Colonel Kling a good effort sir.
