Removing a tattered bicorne and shaking snow from his overcoat, a man sits and places the small blue marshals staff now missing a few enamel eagles on the table along with a small pile of gold napoleons. Drinks are on me Gentleman, a long lost soldier of the Emperor's has returned to campaign. Marechal Drew Stone Prince d'Abensberg et Duc Hesse-Hanau 1erBde 1erDiv IVe Corps |

Marechel Stone, such pleasant news. Welcome back. If, after your sojourn you wish to leave the French service, having had time to rethink the errors of your way, I am sure the Austrian Emporer could find a fine division for you to lead... |

Welcome back, Drew! Herr Feldmarschall, attempting to poach an officer from the other side, why that's just... (at that moment the Marechal's aide de camp whispers something in his ear) ... an ancient and noble pursuit and one I hope to see the defenders of the ancien regimes fail at repeatedly. Cheers to the returning Marechal! |

Salute, Stepping into the common room from the billowing wind and snow without, the officer of Tirailleurs is glad to see the company within. The Commander in Chief of La Grande Armee, and who were these with him at the table? One wore the olde style bicorne, and had before him on the table a Marechal's staff! ![]() The other figure was known to him, another of the Marechal's of the Empire, and the Tirailleur's own tutor upon the fields of Austerlitz. The Tirailleur also took note of the golden coins laying there too. His own hand strayed to pocket, and it was found sadly lacking. Approaching he made to join the three men and share their company for awhile. "Welcome back indeed, sir," he said in greeting. "It is always a heartening sight to see one of L'Empereur's Swords returning to lead the eagles to greater glory. "I would have a drink from your generosity, as I am recently despoiled of my purse upon the fields of Katzbach at the hands of a deadly pair of English Field Marshal's. "They taught me a sharp lesson in the art of war, which I am even now hopefully applying forward upon the foes I presently face on other maps of battle. Regards, |
