I have the honor of announcing the promotion of General de Division Schmidgall to Chef d'Etat-Major of the IV Corps of the La Grand Armee. The General will support General Owczarski in his duties as commandant of the Corps. The drinks are on General Schmidgall...

Todd - ignore the officer from Hanover - they have such limited wordly exposure that they assume all headquarters would be in the same state as their own - they really cannot comprehend the finely tuned French organization
