Ah yes.. Another loud evening in evening in the tavern.

Marechal Corbin dismounts his horse Buttercup and hands the reigns, and a few coins, to the eager stable boy.

"Please see she gets the good oats and the tailings you give the allied nags, ok?" He says with a wink to the stable boy.

"Have no worries sir."

The Marechal enters the tavern in time to see Helga pass clise by with a tray of cups heading for the French corner of the tavern.

"Monsieur Bardon, how fare you this evening? I see Monsieur Jones is looking rather poor this evening, I wonder why?"

He helps himself to the large bottle of brandy and some of the fine roast pig at the table.

I suppose if you continue to 'deplete' my funds, I shall just have to defeat a few more of your vaunted, French Marechals, as their long baggage trains are exceedingly lucrative. Really, gentlemen, why must you tempt me so? Keeping me emboiled in the safety of the Anglo-Allied propensity for paperwork must surely be the safer course for you to follow. :roll: :shock: :wink:
