The musters will be organized so that division/brigade commanders are more involved.
Corps commanders will setup the muster thread in Pierre's and then send out a notice to the division commanders to get the brigade commanders to rally the troops.

We are also having a Muster Challenge between each Corps d'Armee and for the Corps that has the highest percentage of officers who report for the April Muster. All the officers in the Corps that wins the Muster Challenge will receive an additional 5 Muster points.
