His Imperial and Royal Majesty Napoleon I, By the Grace of God and the Constitutions of the Republic, Emperor of the French, King of Italy, Protector of the Confederation of the Rhine, makes the following promotions in recognition of their recent victories in the Struggle of nations tournament Capitaine Cezary Pluskwa is hereby promoted to Chef de Battalion Capitaine Tim Cavallin is hereby promoted to Chef de Battalion Colonel Art Ozols is hereby promoted to General de Brigade Chef de Battalion Giovanni Boffi is hereby promoted to Lieutenant Colonel You have all brought great honor to France and I hope you continue to do so. |

The French Armee is still the best trained and the best led Armee in the club. But time is running out on the LGA old command. Now that the General ranks are fulling up and new Corps are made and old one are remade. WE look forward to the future of the NWC . I was 50 when I started that was almost 16years ago in the Cav Res. under Ian still player under him. |
