Be it known that His Imperial and Royal Majesty Napoleon I, By the Grace of God and the Constitutions of the Republic, Emperor of the French, King of Italy and Protector of the Confederation of the Rhine approves the following Promotion. General de Division Al Kling is hereby promoted to General with all the accompanying privileges and responsibilities.
Know ye all who read this that General Kling commands the Emperor's deepest respect and admiration for his tireless hard work on behalf of La Grande Armée and France |

Helga, please bring a dozen bottles of fine wine for my French counterpart and enough glasses for all who will drink with us. To General Kling, a gentleman officer, an honorable man, and the hardest working person in La Grande Armee.
