Congratulations Ensign! Hopefully the Light Dragoon's kit is better than the Spanish one. I had to win my cot from my opponent. It is of French design so a tad frilly and painted in pastels and a washed white paint. And when I awake I crave Champagne and strawberries! Very strange. |

Always a pleasure to see another Hanoverian join the fight against the Brigands of France.  Welcome to the club, Bob! BTW, Colonel White forgot to mention that all of these drinks are on your tab today. Just our little way of embracing you into the brotherhood by fully depleting your carefully garnered savings at the outset.    Another round here, Helga my dear. Ensign McRae entered the tavern with a heavy purse and although he will no doubt leave penniless today, he will have gained a lot of friends.

Too bad you've chosen to be just another shopkeeper's lackey rather than support the cause of liberty. I am sure my fellow officers of the Grande Armee will make themselves available to teach you the error of that decision and should you come to your senses, you can always renounce your present commission and join France. |

Welcome, Ensign McRea. It is always a pleasure to see the light Dragoons pass by on our flank heading towards the enemy to give him a welcome on the battlefield. But please think of the infantry and leave some French for us to give them our kind of welcome too.
