His Imperial and Royal Majesty Napoleon I,
By the Grace of God and the Constitutions of the Republic,
Emperor of the French,
King of Italy,
Protector of the Confederation of the Rhine
hereby confers the title of:

Marechal of France
upon
General Stephane Lelièvre
commanding officer of L’Ecole Militaire

Hereafter General Stephane Lelièvre shall be known as
Monsieur le Marechal Lelièvre
with all the rights and privileges thereof.
Know all that Monsieur le Marechal enjoys the complete
confidence of the Emperor and all who serve the greater glory of France
