Gentlemen, what is the process after a formal complaint has been filed..ie..who does what where etc?

Salute!

It could well depend upon to whom the formal complaint was filed with...

For example: if the complaint was filed with the Cabinet - presumably the complaint having been sent to all of the Cabinet members - they then must take the time to review the complaint, investigate the grounds thereof, and upon discussing the situation among themselves render judgment - then one (or all) may respond to the complainant.

I suppose that if the complaint was filed with a superior officer it would follow much the same course.

Thank you for that. Presumably the alleged violator would have "his day in court" in some manner either way. At the very least be questioned about the situation, would you agree?

Salute!

I would consider it normal procedure for the alleged violator to have his day in court.

Careful Todd, you nearly agreed with me :D But I thank you anyway. It seems in my case I was not afforded that privilege or is it a right...water under the bridge now but it does remind me a little of Animal Farm, that great novel where we learn that we are all equal but some are more equal than others. Never mind, I'll live
