I have heard that finally one power has been able to overcome all your armies ... And for once you won't be able to blame the French. ![]() More seriously I hope it's only momentary otherwise it will be a sad thing. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I haven't insulted anybody Al. I am sure that if i had insulted the leadership of the coalition they would have been the first to react. So please don't over-react. |

What do you mean by "...finally one power has been able to overcome your armies..." and "More seriously I hope it's only momentary otherwise it will be a sad thing." What, or who, it the "one power" to which, or whom, you refer? What, exactly, about the Coalition is to become a "sad thing"? |

I have already been asked on this forum then by email by my leadership (John who was forwarding a request from Al who had a pressing need to understand the joke) to explain myself. Which I did. You can ask them. I am not going to repeat myself. Respectfully yours, |

Sorry, David, but I am asking you in the same public forum in which you posted this message. I think every Coalition officer in our club deserves your explanation of your comments. If you have already written a reply to John, then it becomes a very simple matter of Copy and Paste. |

I would hope that the plan for the Coalition, once decided on will be posted for the membership at large, as if the leadership is to be all about the Club overall, we all should be informed. The results of it will not only impact the Coalition, but the Club at large for years to come.... ![]() |

David has respond to my requext fir an explanation if the meaning if this post. He is indeed referring to the re-org of the coalition armies. The one power refers to a single army I see nothing offensive or insulting in this as has been suggested. As Al raised the original complaint to me, he was cc'd on the response i got from David |

Gentlemen Now why would we take offence with anything that David says, we know it’s always intended to be well balanced and with no hidden agenda. Just to announce spring has sprung in merry old England as I saw two migrating pink pigs flying past the window this morning. ![]() On a serious note. I trust the officers of the Coalition are free to discuss the reorganisation of their Armies within their own Mess. If and when a reorganisation is agreed we will let everybody know. I am even more intrigued to know which of our officer’s feels it necessary to run to the French to discuss the matter. Perhaps he would be better joining his friends in blue coats and show a modicum of honour. |

If you are that interested I would have to post in this forum an email titled "Please stop the madness!" sent by Al to John and forwarded to me with a request to explain myself... and then put my answer and the final answer I received from Al. But I would need Al consent for that. And by its content I am not sure he will agree to that. |

These are simple administrative changes to make things more managable on our side of the club. Why does everything have to be so dramatic? |

Yes indeed. Simple changes making the best of very limited admin staff. The current structure simply no longer works and can't be supported. Proposals and discussions are in the Coalition Arms. It is a matter for the Coalition members. Similarly any LGA reorganization does not warrant the intrusion of Allied comments. When a consensus is achieved I'll put it to Cabinet as a formality. Then of course the wider membership will be made aware. Until that time there is nothing more to be said on the matter. |
