La Grande Armée Dépêche Officielle - Garde Impériale Changes

Previously titles and positions in the Garde Impériale were to be permanent, but changes in the La Grande Armée require we make room for our many new officers who are moving up the ranks of the La Grande Amrée. Retired Garde Impériale Officers will continued to be honored in the Hotel d'Invalides Impériale with their title and rank.

As of May 19, 2014 these positions in the Garde Impériale and various ranks will be available to many new ranking members of the La Grande Armée.
