| Post subject: | Leipzig Operational Question |
Gents, I am thinking of playing a Leipzig Operational scenario, but I am not sure if it is well balanced...Basically, I have read some comments that the French can break out to the north and the exit hexes and win and there is not much the Coalition forces can do about it. I want to discuss this one a bity before making the commitment to playing such a massive and long game. thanks, Jim P |

I've played it twice and and on both occasions the allies seemed to have the strategic advantage, but both games ended at about 50 turns due to opponents having to resign. And also played a multiplayer as well and that ended in similar fashion with us having to resign. So my opinion is that it does seem to be balanced. I prefer it to the standard battle. |
