Gents, The Coalition will most likely move to reset the rank points to what they were for each individual army prior to the change that occurred sometime last year. The change grandfathered in folks at their current rank, but didn't award points to raise them to at least the minimum level of that rank, making a gap for some members, many career long serving members, as high as 400 points in the hole. This coupled with the fact, that when members join, there is an expectation that they will be able to proceed through the ranks, generally, as it was when they signed up. The change had impacted a number of folks who had been around for a longtime, with said expectations. So the ranks for the Prussians, Austrians, Russians & Swedes will be reset. Also the Anglo-Allied Army will see some expansion, as a few ranks for the Spanish are added in and I also look to explore an option for Portuguese ranks too. Need to talk with Theron Lambert about it. That's all. |
