On behalf of His Imperial Majesty, Tsar Alexander and Feld-marshal Prince Repnin, I am pleased to announce the promotion of Petr Michalek to the rank Polkovnik.

Polkovnik Petr Michalek of the Vilno Infantry Regiment partnered with myself to score a Major Allied Victory over David Andrews and Michael Hoedl in 29 turns in the battle of Dennewitz #60, S2014F0017(Leipzig).
