I recently bought and downloaded Leipzig and then had some computer issues and had to do a system restore and lost the download. I have the secret code but I can't find how to download the game. Any help? |

As I recall, when you purchase the game you are given a download link. I'm not sure what happens if you lose it. Best to write to Support http://www.johntillersoftware.com/Support.php What I do and advise, is when downloaded, copy the game on to a memory stick so you have a hard copy. |

Andy's advice is the best, I do the same. Memory sticks are so cheap now, price wise, for a large amount of space and places often have them on sale too. |

Same happened to me with my Leipzig and Peninsular downloads Jon, yesterday i contacted Rich on JTS support, i wait his reply for the links. |

Besides any form of physical backup(Hardrive, USB stick, optical discs, etc.) , there is also the option of an online backups, often some Backup software come with an amount of data you can backup online and so you don't even have the backup in your home in case something really critical happens. |

You ALSO want to preserve the ACTIVATION CODE, as part of your game backup! It is needed if you lose your original download and installation. Rich at JTS support is very good at retrieving the code for you and will help any way he can, as usual. |
