Hi,

I'm preparing to 1813 campaign :frenchcharge: - maybe someone will join in? - and I started a Francis Loraine Petres's Napoleon's Last Campaign in Germany. What do you think about this lecture?

That is one of the best books to read to get started in the story of the 1813 campaign that is available in English. Chandler's chapters on it in his work "Campaigns of Napoleon" are good too but less detailed.

Michael Leggiere's volumes on the campaign are on my wish list ....... :frenchcool

It is true - book is very nice and it is necessary to read it with map :) Maneuvers Coalition and God of War :frenchsalute: are very interesting.
Thanks for info about both Michael Leggier's volumes. I want it... :frenchroll:
In Poland were published last years few books about Silesian Campaign (1813). Very detailed books but in polish so it can be problem for rest of world :thumbs:

In next few days I'll publish online part of Katzbach battlefield (Blucher position) panorama. I made photos a years ago but battlefield not changed so much.
