Ah, poor souls, I guess they think that the Dutch-Belgians, Hanoverians, Brunswick and other German forces serving under Wellington were to the rear handling the concession stands! :russianveryhappy:

The Corsican Ogre beaten and driven into exile. Vive St. Helena! :frenchlol1:

Also: The War of 1812 commenced on this date as well. Winston Churchill gave his "Finest Hour" speech. Bully!

Like Bill said.....I posted last year:

Let Us Honor....

Not only the big players, (France, Prussia & the British) but also the contributions of the men of the Netherlands, what would become Belgium, Nassau, Brunswick, Hanover and also the King's German Legion....these men had a lot to win & lose from the outcome of this battle and they did in one way or another......
