Yes, the tournament started at the end of last year. Several of the games have already ended. But you can always challenge someone to a game on the Opponents Wanted forum

Good to see you Christian!  It's a fun game and if you are trying to find someone to play, let us know and I am sure we can locate a willing Allied Coalition officer....
