I'm currently several scenarios into the 1814 campaign and are now at Troyes. Something is off - if I open the scenario in the editor it should be 80 hex visibility but it's actually 1 hex in clear daylight! A very minor correction to the file is needed. Is it the pdt file that controls visibility? And if so what line. I just can't work it out. If it is the pdt it'll be the NSLS Feb 22 one. Or possibly the Feb 21st one - the scenario in question is set on 22nd but refers to the 21 Feb pdt. |

Guys - I was able to find the problem. As Andy says an incorrect PDT file was referenced in the scenarios. Not only just Andy's but 3 of the 4 scenarios in that Branch of the NSLS-HTH campaign. I did a spot check of the other campaigns but so far no other issues. As much as I can I will check the rest of the scenarios to see if any others have similar issues. I put the entire set of campaigns together for 1814 in ONE month. Most amazing amount of work I have ever done. That there are not more errors is totally amazing. Those were some frantic times. I had put out Leipzig, 1814 followed in six months and Bautzen six months after that. By then I should have been able to retire with a pension from game design work ![]() ![]() Oh Ernie, where art thou? ![]() ![]() |
