Suggest you do a completely clean install. Uninstall the game off your system using add/remove programs, then grab an up-to-date installer from your Store account to do a new install. You can log into your Store account and access your order history complete with download links and serial numbers. The Wagram works fine too (just downloaded it, applied it and ran the game). Just trying to provide you an alternative solution sir... no telling what is causing your problem. |
