Huzza!
Finally, I have some ink-related recognition as well! Like many of our LGA officers these days — though mine came through paperwork based on a reflection of the actual battlefield performance.

Still, recognition is recognition — and The Adjutant-General of His Imperial Majesty is now proudly added to the signature!

Well, well, well, General-Leytenant Tartyshev making the headlines once again.

Is there nothing that this Titan of the Russian Imperial Army cannot do? Now he turns his hand to "administrative service" and is quite rightly recognised for the scale, quality and depth of his work.

General-Leytenant, please allow me to present you with a selection of goose, swan, crow and peacock feather quills from my personal stock, to stimulate your creative side. I hope they will prove to be useful to you in your future administrative service.

I hope you will also accept a bottle of my favourite libation, an 18 year old Bunnahabhain single malt all the way from the island of Islay.

A toast to the Imperial Russian Army's newly honoured General-Leytenant Tartyshev, Adjutant-General of His Imperial Majesty.

Congratulations on your well deserved recognition Alexey!

My sincere thanks for the generous words and even more generous gifts — especially the Bunnahabhain bottle! I shall post a special sentry to ensure my staff officers do not mistake it for cologne — they are simple folks, after all!

The quills shall be put to proper use — especially the peacock one. These as, general Morgan once wisely suggested, will look flamboyant on my already distinguished chapeau underlying my creativity and make me recognisable to any LGA officer at the distance of the cannon shot!

Very very well deserved indeed. Your contributions to the club (and the struggle against the Forces of Tyranny) are peerless Sir. I congratulate you on your awards and thank you for your part making our club peerless!

As we are breaking out the good stuff let me offer up a fine bottle of Andres Brugal from the Republic of Dominica, I've been saving it for the right occasion, and this is most certainly that!

Ah, I have heard that the mighty British Empire rules not only the seas but vast lands beyond! My officers would be most amused to sample a taste from that far-away dominion of such a powerful realm — the very force uniting us all in this Grand struggle against the Corsican Tyranny!

My thanks to all, gentlemen — friends and foes alike. Yet I must apologise: the named bottles shall be preserved by our regimental sommelier for another day. For now, I can offer only some of fine French cognac, recently acquired during the latest Cossack raid on the enemy supply lines.
