2025 Department of Records (DoR) Annual Report Published

Gents,

The 2025 Department of Records (DoR) Annual Report has been published. It is a full report with all the data present.

We had another great year!

We really appreciate everyone who played games, posted on the forums or interacted with other members via email. We continue to benefit from folks who volunteered & stepped up to help out with each side of the club. We continue to strive to make positive changes in the Allied Coalition & La Grande Armée.

For the Club Staff, leaders of the Allied Coalition and La Grande Armée thanks to you all!! Huzzah, huzzah, huzzah!! :thumbsup: :frenchcharge:

Huzzah indeed — and many thanks to the DoR and all those who keep the wheels of the club turning. A great report, and another excellent year for the NWC.

In fact, we may have done too well, I would say — as I can already see the hordes of Marie-Louise recruits joining the LGA this time. Not that I am particularly concerned, as most of these new recruits likely barely know which end of the musket to hold.

That said - a small footnote for the records — purely in the interest of historical accuracy, of course. It is worth noting that the Russian Imperial Army has once again been leading in victory ratios, continuing to hold first place and quietly setting the standards for both practice and theory of war. Consistency, discipline, and perhaps fewer “allowed victories” seem to pay dividends.

A great achievement — and while recognition may, as always, elude one primary unsung hero of this success (…myself...), we naturally assume this is all being carefully logged for future generations of staff officers — and possibly for corrective reading in the French academies.
