I humbly express my profound gratitude for the honour of my promotion to the rank of Shtabs-Kapitan in the Imperial Russian Army.

I receive this distinction with deep respect and a renewed sense of duty. I am fully aware that advancement in rank is not merely a reward for past service, but a solemn trust placed upon an officer to lead with firmness, prudence, and honour.
