Gentlemen,

I wish to express my sincere gratitude for the honour of my promotion to the rank of Kapitan in the Imperial Russian Army. I accept this distinction with humility and with a deep sense of duty toward the service, my comrades in arms, and the traditions of our Imperial forces.

My thanks go to General-Feldmarshal Prince Mikhail Kutuzov, to the Command of the 2nd Western Army, and to all those who have placed their confidence in me. I would also like to express my appreciation to Generalfeldmarschall Scott Kronprinz "Vorwärts" Ludwig von Preußen, Kommandeur des Königlich-Preußischen Armee-Korps, Chief of Staff of the Allied Coalition, and Allied Coalition Webmaster, for his continued support to our community.

I shall endeavour to justify this trust through steadfast conduct on the field and continued dedication to our shared study of Napoleonic warfare.

Congratulations on yet a further promotion Kapitan Lasco.

I too am appreciative of the Anglo-Allied Army's hierarchy and all the work they do to maintain the fighting efficiency of the allied forces.

Enjoy your new rank by sharing the contents of your purse with those officers inhabiting the Rhine Tavern.

It is always a joy to see our Russian allies recognizing their finest cavalrymen. My sincerest congratulations on your recent Beförderung (promotion) to full Kapitan!

The heavy Kürassiere (cuirassiers) of the Military Order Regiment are the great hammer of our Coalition. Knowing that such a capable officer commands these iron-clad squadrons brings great comfort to the Austrian lines. May the lively notes of your march carry you to further victories.
