I have been sick since Thursday and in bed since Friday morning. I will get to turns as soon as possible.

Have a large malt whiskey, the juice of one fresh lemon two tea spoons of fresh honey (Preferable from Perth in Scotland)& 150mg of aspirin. Go back to your bed and you will be back in action in no time. Trust me I am a ICU nurse[;)]
