Post subject:  Proposal of a new button in the HPS toolbar
Dear all,
I think a very sticky view is the "<i><b>view command range</b></i>".
I use it as much as possible, regarding to its importance...

Wouldn't it be good - if the main part of us agree - to suggest to HPS to include it as a button for a more direct/easy access/toggle in the toolbar (for i.e. in place of the "general help" button which could be reached in the help dialog)
What do you think about ?

The last time we talked about it we were saying that if we could have it as a hot key it would be nice (and it would be easier to implement in the game).

I think that we should have an ability to customize a toolbar and shortcuts for those buttons.

I'm agree with this proposition. I use it often and its not really confortable with the bar menu.

Everybody,

Let's suppose that all the HPS players agree that this new button is "a must". Who will then forward this request to John Tiller since (from what I could understand) Bill Peters is in "inactive status"???

It's critical but I only use it at the end of each turn - in a concentrated burst, so I don't miss a button.

The hotkey idea was sent along by myself to John Tiller last night. I cannot guarentee that he will add it to the game but it was worth trying since so many of you were interested.

As was said hot keys are easier to program.
