Sir, nice work. I have a question: multiply melle for cavalry and infantry will be ON or OFF? I suggest OFF for both

so I read home rules I haven't see any rule about infantry going near cavalry is there none? 2nd point: if i do understand objective points count if there is a victory of one of the players and do not if there is draw?
