Post subject:  Cossacks 2 - Napoleonic Wars
Before I spend more money on yet another game, can anyone share their experiences with this new game by CDV?

Graphically, it looks really amazing, and real-time simulations like this game are always entertaining!

Buyer beware.

It may look pretty, but my friend who did buy it regrets it BIG time. He cannot even return it.

There are tons of them for sale on ebay.

I tried to warn a good friend of mine to avoid it but he is getting it anyway.

I have Cossacks 1 - anyone want a free copy?

I also have a copy of La Grande Armee at Austerlitz by Matrix. Will sell it to you really cheap if you are interested. Am going to dump it after I return from my East Coast trip. You have until the 28th to ask for my copy.

Gentlemen!
I had a misery to buy this game. Do not repeat my mistakes. Graphics - is single dignity of this game. This game for child not having no knowledges nor about Napoleonic epoch.

DON'T buy it
cossaks is the same than cossacks 1
the only advantage of this game is graphic
nice to see troops changing formation and firing their guns
but
that's all

hey ! Bill ! you're offering cossaks free copies ????
may we have free copies of HPS FIRST BLITKRIEG instead ?

I bought Cossacks 1. Disappointing. The single battles were poor. I suspect Cossacks 2 is more of the same but with good graphics. My pc isn't powerful enough to run it anyway, you need a reasonably high spec machine.
