Yesterday I have received a communication notifying me that the Emperor has seen fit to reward my services by appointing me MarÃ©chal d'Empire. In the certain expectation that the raise in pay that comes with this promotion is rather steep, I hereby offer drinks for everyone ... present friends and former foes, erstwhile friends and today's foes, allies (and Allies too), and those rare ones whose uniform I never tried on.
