By Order of the Imperial Armee Staff and His Imperial Majesty Kaiser Francis, Emperor of Austria: Due to his tireless service to the Imperial Armee of Austria, <i> Generalissimus</i> Gary McClellan has been promoted to the august rank of <i>Feldzugmeister</i>. In addition, His Imperial Majesty has seen fit to bestow the title of "Freiherr" upon FZM McClellan for achieving his 12th victory point and has given him command of his beloved <i>Portner Grenadier Battallion</i>. Thank you all [:D] I'd actually planned to keep quiet about this, but it seems that certain people weren't going to allow that. This round is on me [:D] BTW: I prefer Generalissimus It's a tad more accurate, and this way I don't need to worry about hearing "Generalissimo Gary McClellan is still dead!" I was asked as next senior in rank to make the announcement. I hope that I did not offend. [:p] <b>BTW: I prefer Generalissimus</b> Err, so do I and I am the one who reccommended that we use it as the title for the commander in Chief. I know I've got 20 points on him right now but he's pretty much our Ace-what with his his 16 victory points and all. My paltry six pale in comparison because I am not allowed to count all those Frenchies I hacked up while still wearing the powder blue tunic of the 8th Belgian Hussars as part of the Anglo/Allied Army.
