I would have said 1er, 2e etc. Division (Brigade) de Cavalerie Légère;
6e Division de Cavalerie Lourde. But maybe I am missing something?

It seems an old organizatión of Ancien Régime

and Graffe?

It seem be a secretary of something that I don´t known in commercials things.

For this reason I need known these means with certain.

In what context did you find those two words? The first one doesn't seem to be a noun... but it could be a name...
