I need some help. I'm trying to buy Campaign Waterloo from the HPS website. Everytime I hit the "buy now" button the page never loads and times out. Any advice? This is my gift for finding a new job in God's country [8D](Texas for you heathen[}:)]) - so I deserve it!!! Thanks!! Try to contact with Rich Hamilton. I don't remember his e-mail address where he asks to send all the messages with all the problems concerning their titles. It must be on the HPS site..... support[at]hpssims.com or something like that. Or just try shipping[at]hpssims.com - the shipping department. But I always ask Rich[:I] <center>  </center>

Oh, and yes, as Anton noted, Support at hpssims.com is the address to use. If I don't handle it I can rout it to the proper person who can. I'm on the phone with them now, so hopefully it will be resolved in a couple of minutes...
