Gentlemen,

It's with great honor and pleasure that I announce the promotion of two anglo-dutch officer for their excellent duty on the battlefield.

· Mr <u>Bill SPITZ</u> , cmd of the <font color="red">1st bn/27th Rgt of foot, 10th brigade (detached), II Corps</font id="red">, to the rank of <font color="yellow">Lieutenant</font id="yellow">
· Mr <u>Thomas BORLING</u> , cmd of the <font color="red">3d bn/95th Rgt of foot, 3d brigade, 2nd division, II Corps</font id="red">, to the rank of <font color="yellow">Second Lieuteant</font id="yellow">
