Capt. Bangma has just returned to the II Corps and the Second Div. from the I Corps. He is commanding the 3rd Line Battalion KGL in the KGL Brigade. Please welcome him. Hi Jeff Good to see that you are still in good fighting fettle after our little encounter at Mont-Sainte-Jean. A Captain now to boot. The Kings German Legion are fine fellows, though a little misguided in siding with the English. Congratulations on your appointment to the 3rd Line Battalion. Now, someone said you were buying the house a round! Make way! Make way! I'm baaaaaack! Seems the II Corps missed the fine Canadian rye whisky I used to have shipped directly from my home colony. I've been hoarding it over in Holland...their beer is pretty good, so I have the first few rounds covered!! Belly up lads, it's whisky time! [:D] Capt.
