TO: All NWC Army Commanders No. 24 of the NWC Newsletter 'Spring' will be published in about two weeks. In it, we'd like to include a section that trumpets good actions by members: such as promotions, first victories, medals, noteworthy announcements, etc. Therefore could each Army Commander (i.e., Dutch, Russian, French, Spanish, Austrian, etc.) send such info in an email to Dragoon@phxsim.com before next Friday, April 5, 2007. Submissions received after that date will be included in No. 25 of the NWC Newsletter 'Summer' (July 2007).
