Wagram - Vista problems?

Post subject:  Wagram - Vista problems?
I just loaded Campaign Wagram onto my new PC w/Vista and I get an error message something like this: 'Cannot find vids 50:IV 50' decompressor. The scenario will load, but the screen goes white if I page up or down at all. Anyone else had this problem?

Eric,

To begin with go to the Vista FAQ section at HPS' website:

http://www.hpssims.com/vistahelp.htm

You need to:

1) Install the game somewhere other than the "C:\Program Folders";

2) To use the help file you will have to follow the instructions on the HPS website;

3) After re-installing the game, you need to apply the latest patch, v. 1.07 released on 3/11/2007, which cures the compatability issues with Vista, such as the "white screen".
