Gentlemen Having finished a battle we have a Campaign Conclusion screen which reads After having won a set of battles with the Austrians Napoleon has succeeded in forcing Charles back onto the Danube. Unfortuanately he was unable to decisively defeat the Hapsburgs and now must prepare for the pursuit phase of the 1809 campaign. Hearing of Eugene's losses in Italy the Emporer knows that he will have to contend with forces on his right flank in the Alps that can appear in either theater. This is the historical result and the campaign of 1809 can be continued by playing On To Vienna! Does this mean the Campaign was a draw and can we carry on into Wagram with the same file (If yes then how [?]) Field Marshal Sir "Lucky" Jim (K.G.) Commander 2nd. Corps Allied/Dutch Army ![]() "And let my sword not sleep in my hand" |

First, is this the standard campaign or the one-scenario campaign? If the former then: Yes, here are the instructions: 1. Get the file (.cpf) that was for the turn before the LAST one you played/saw victory screen. 2. Open up the file and change the name of the campaign file name in the first line from: campaign.cpd to 1809Campaign.cpd. 3. Open up the file using the campaign engine and proceed. Play out the last turn again. If this is a problem let me know. I may be able to deal with the last turn and having changed the name of the campaign file in the .cpf file be able to get you moving along to Wagram Campaign. You will need to own both games and have the latest updates. 4. You will move the file once you do your first decision over to the Wagram game. Then continue playing using that title. Losses will not carry over by design. The OB took losses into consideration for the HISTORICAL version of the campaign. Thus you will continue to play using the On To Vienna OB as it was a restructuring for Austria. If this doesnt work send me the file you worked prior to the turn before you move on to the last turn of the game.
