Good someone please tell me where the better articles regarding strategy and tactics can be found for the HPS Napoleonic games played by this community?

Check out the April 2007 NWC Newsletter linked on the NWC Homepage. There are many other sources such as The Campaigns of Napoleon by David Chandler and Armies of the Napoleonic Era by Otto von Pivka that discuss formations and tactics in detail.

For specific tactics on the games ... I would highly suggest you find one of your fellow officers to help you out as well. Chandler is only going to give you the basics of maneuver. As far as how to use the troops in the game ... there is nothing like finding an "old hand" at the games and ask them for help.

May I suggest you contact Geert ... ? He is one of your best commanders.
