In your absence, I transferred you to the reserve. Fortunately, your position of Commander of the 1er Brigade, 11e Division has not been filled. I would deem it an honour if you would accept your old command back.
If this is your wish, I will contact the Ministry of War and request your immediate transfer back to active service with full rank and priveliges restored.
La Garde Imperiale has undergone a reorganisation under Marechal Stone, therefore you may receive a new assignment in that august body.
