Sirs, It is with great pleasure I confirm the appointment to His Majesty's Guard of General de Brigade Christian Rizo, Commandant de la 1er Brigade, 11e Division, IIIeme Corps Armee du Nord. He will command the 3éme Régiment Voltiguers de la Jeune Garde 
and is entitled, "Baron de l'Empire "SALUTE" Maréchal Drew Stone Duc d'Hessen-Hanau et Prince d'Abensberg Commandant de la Garde impériale
