<b>The New Blue is Black!!

New Officers Both Recruits and Returning</b>

For all ages of these lands stand the prominent one of them all. I speak of Prussia. The Prussian Armee is one of the best chances to make something of yourself in this club or a cool place to relax and disappear from the masses and have some fun if that is your style. We are a low key force that tries to have fun and encourage good gamesmanship and positive additude. We don't require you to be constantly playing games. We don't pester you every month with musters. We don't wipe your existence in the Armee and club away. Our pages kept up to date and offer more than just a gaming HQ with research and historical links too. We offer one of the best medals and promotions system. Not unweildy rank points nor medals based solely on victories. Our medals are exstensive and easy to get, but also a fun challenge. We also have plenty of openings and room for growth.

Listen to these words:

<i>"To advance was impossible, to stay where we were meant certain death, and with our goal so near everyone preferred death to retreat. Our difficulty and danger were growing all the time. Eventually Gaseback [Friccius' adjutant] found a weak place in the wall, to the right between the gate posts and the poor-house. I grabbed the rifle of the nearest Landwehr soldier and battered in the thin wall with the butt. It soon collapsed, because several of the men gave us vigorous help. As soon as the opening was large enough, I jumped through the breach and shouted to my troops, 'You won't abandon me, will you??'

On hearing my call, Captain Motherby leaped to the front and holding up his sword called out, 'Comrades, follow me'!!"</i>

Thus was the brave words men of the 3rd Landwehr Regiment!! All up and down the lines our great GFM was heard to have said: Vorwärts meine Kinder!! That day, that famous day at Liepzig!! General Vorwärts carried his undying quest of Honor and Glory to crush the little corporal!! General Vorwärts would carry the day time and time again!! Fearing nothing and no man!! Death Looked him in the face and he Laughed!!

Vorwärts Meine Kinder!! Vorwärts!!

So if you want a nice little place to have some fun, relax, play games check us out.

I was starting to worry whether the Mad Prussian was OK or not, since we hadn't had the Prussian recruitment campaign in awhile. Alas, I see all is well. LOL.

So, Herr General Ludwig,

One wonders, are you attempting to accost (er, "recruit") all players in the club above 6' tall?

Scott,

FM Blucher was a fine and brave soldier, but you have gotten a bit carried away with the "<b></b>never<b></b> afraid" bit. It seems to me that after Jena-Auerstadt a certain field marshall named Blucher was found retreating from place to place up to the northern coasts of Prussia where he eventually surrendered. He held out longer than most before surrendering, but running from place to place and then going into captivity isn't exactly noble either. And let it be remembered that some Prussian continued to fight on into 1807. Let us not forget what Napoleon said of the queen -- <b>she</b> was the only real man in Prussia.

True, Theron, but at least he did not abandon his men! How many times did Ol' Boney leave his men to die? 3 hm I believe, Blucher was present for 2 of them!! [:D][:D] Now whose afraid?? [:p][}:)] (You realize we can go on forever at this!)
