It's with great honor and pleasure that I announce the promotion of three anglo-dutch officers for their excellent duty on the battlefield :

· <u>Mr Antony BARLOW</u>, cmd of the <font color="red">2nd Cavalry brigade, Cavalry Corps</font id="red">, to the rank of <font color="yellow">Colonel</font id="yellow">
· <u>Mr Chris BAKER</u>, cmd of the <font color="red">3rd/14th Regiment of Foot, 4th british brigade, 4th inf division, II Corps</font id="red">, to the rank of <font color="yellow">Lieutenant</font id="yellow">
