How to register in the French Army? I have made the form: "La Grande Armée. RECRUITMENT FORM" But I have not received answer. I would like to play a game with French Army. Does somebody want to play with me? I have all the Napoleonic HPS Games. [:)] |

Do the forms only go to one person? If so, then others should be added and everyone copied on the enlistment should receive copies of the initial response. If no response in 24-48 hours, maximum, then another should take the initiative to email the new recruit, IMHO.[V] Ernie Sands General, 1ère Brigade, 19ème Division, VI Corps, Armee du Rhin President, Colonial Campaign Club |

The French staff is probably too inebriated to reply. Just sign up with the bartender and if you can slip him a few guineas (worth more then francs) he probably make you a Marshall and give you a fancy stick to wave about while your perfuming yourself and eating disgusting slimy creatures that crawl upon the ground. Sir Nelms, Are you prepared to back that kind of talk up on the battlefield? Perhaps a single battle campaign in HPS Waterloo? Colonel Al Amos 1erè Brigade Commandant 2ème Division de Dragons |

Well Colonel Amos you'll have to wait as Marechal Corbin is already attempting to do the same thing you suggested. Though the reception his troops are getting in Belgium might be making Elba look a lot better. Lt. General Sir Mark Nelms K.G. 1st Regiment of Foot Guards |

I just forgot to post here that the problem is solve. So apologize me in this point. Anyway, it seems that we have a problem with the form. My hipothesis is that the form doesn't work when a player doesn't use Internet Explorer. We work on the problem but we don't find the solution for the moment. So if you have some ideas. Let me know. I just tried to JOIN, with Netscape. When I hit SUBMIT, my email program wants to send a message to bobcandoit- Bob Breen. Otherwise, there is no other response, that is apparent. Ernie Sands General, 1ère Brigade, 19ème Division, VI Corps, Armee du Rhin President, Colonial Campaign Club |
