Be advised that upon the completion of his training fight at Saltanovka <font color="orange"><b>praporshik Viktor Maslov</b></font id="orange"> is promoted to the rank of <font color="orange"><b>podporuchik</b></font id="orange"> and assigned to command <font color="orange"><b>Simbirsk infantry regiment</b></font id="orange">. Please give this fine gentleman a warm welcome and let him feel at home.

Not by the number of officers. In this case, the best army is the french one ![:D]

I can recongnize that some of you are brilliant opponents : you are one of the best with Konstantin, Sergey, ... etc

Oh, yes I know. Sure you were speaking of your complicated rank like praporshik, podporuchik... In this case, yes you have the most complicated rank list of the club and in a sense, you win the challenge in this point [:o)]

Anyway, I offer the second round to celebrate the new russian officer's promotion.

Just look at those who were in finals of last tournaments [:D]
The French Army is the best by the number of officers, but the Russian Army is the best by the number of best officers [:o)]
