TO: All Army and Corps Commanders Each quarter we publish the NWC Quarterly. The French armies have been pretty good about getting their news and promotion and medal info to the NWC Quarterly for inclusion in each issues. The other armies, well, haven't had much response. COuld all army and corps commanders who'd like there subordinates accomplishments cited in the CLUB'S official publication please either send them to Dirk Smith (Dragoon@phxsim.com) or just post them to this topic.
