Read thru the forum a bit and found this tidbit out of the Code Duello:

If swords are used, the parties engage until one is welled blooded, disabled, or disarmed; or until, after receiving a wound, and blood being drawn, the aggressor begs pardon.

Reminds me of our forum conversations! [:D]
