This looks like a great game: http://www.wargamer.com/articles/napoleonscampaigns/

I have their Birth of America game which has a very elegant design and is a lot of fun to play. I like the spirit of this company too. This new game looks vastly more sophisticated than BoA though.

Bill,

It has a turn based WEGO system. Here is the AGEOD website: http://www.ageod.com/index-en.html
