Note that the version for the Documentation hasnt changed as nothing in the engine was added. So you dont have to download the documentation again. Just the update.

None. The PDT files were not changed and the OB changes were mainly names or values that wouldnt effect your games.

The scenario files were changed but they will only impact new games you start up and none of the games you have in progress.
